Warranty

MMJ jewelry is covered by a six month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers tarnishing, broken chains, and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, accidental damage, or misuse.After six months, we are happy to repair your piece for a minimal fee.

To request a repair, please email us at info@miriammerenfeld.com with a photo of your jewelry and your order number. We'll review your piece, assess the repair, and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that any repairs or alterations made by a third party jeweler will void your MMJ warranty, and we will no longer be able to repair or service the piece.

Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray, and other chemicals, as they can cause the metal to tarnish. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming and avoid prolonged exposure to water. When not wearing your piece, store it in a dry place, preferably in its original pouch or jewelry box. To clean, we suggest a liquid sterling silver cleaner, gently polish with a soft, dry jewelry cloth. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help.
